We are happy to introduce coach Katie Devine!

Katie is holding hitting and fielding clinics for Velocity on the following Thursdays: July 11, 18, 25 and August 1, 2024 from 5-8 p.m. These clinics are open to anyone ages 5-14 interested in sharpening her skills and learning some new drills. You do not need to currently be playing on a Velocity team to participate.

The clinics will be held on the following Thursdays: July 11, 18, 25 and August 1, 2024 from 5-8 p.m. at Webster Fields, 17345 OH 199, in Pemberville, Ohio. The clinics for 8u and 10u (ages 5-10) will be held from 5-6:30 p.m., and the clinics for 12u and 14u (ages 11-14) will be held from 6:30-8 p.m.

The cost is $60 for all of the clinics, or you may attend individual clinics at $20/each based on your availability.

Coach Katie grew up playing softball in the Northwest Ohio area. Her favorite thing about softball has always been catching. She competed at the collegiate level at Lourdes University in Sylvania for four years. During that time, she helped coach multiple Velocity teams and assisted at various softball camps. Katie currently coaches an 8u Wizards travel team and is the JV softball coach at Bowling Green High School.

Katie loves working with new players as it allows her the opportunity to demonstrate and share all of the things she has learned in her career!

Please bring the following items: glove, bat, helmet, face mask and wear comfortable softball pants or shorts, a t-shirt or tank top, and tennis shoes. Also bring your cleats and plenty of water or something cold to drink.
